- Gathering and analysis of business & data requirements and ultimately develop applicable processes and solutions.
- Identify and manage key scope and objectives.
- Process definition, mapping and re-engineering
- Facilitate and Document Workshops - both Internal and External
- Stakeholder management
- Change Management & Communications
- Implementation and rollout of reporting solutions
- Reporting solution training and knowledge management
- Accountability for User Acceptance Testing
- Support product development initiatives, to include representing the team at project and client meetings, defining requirements, user acceptance testing etc.
- Work within Governance, Compliance and Product boundaries ensuring that strict disciplines are adhered to in order to prevent product scope creep.
- Proven effective analytical comprehension.
- Advanced Access, Macro, SQL and Excel Skills
- High degree of self-direction, initiative, motivation and independence
- Exceptional ability to negotiate and influence others.
- Significant experience with reporting technologies
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into reporting solutions and design processes.
- Highly developed problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Clear presentation skills
- Able to facilitate and lead workshops.
- Able to work under pressure and set, work and deliver to tight deadlines/milestones.
- Ability to work with demanding stakeholders and develop strong working relationships.
- Creative and innovative - able to think 'outside the box', whilst ensuring that reporting solutions do not compromise the delivery disciplines set within the Reporting Team
