Offer DescriptionAre you passionate about research? So are we! Come and join usThe Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) is a Research and Technology Organization (RTO) active in the fields of materials, environment and IT. By transforming scientific knowledge into technologies, smart data and tools, LIST empowers citizens in their choices, public authorities in their decisions and businesses in their strategies.Do you want to know more about LIST? Check our website:Discover our Materials department:You will be part of the Scientific Instrumentation and Process Technology (SIPT) unit which is focusing its RDI activities on new instrumentation, processes and methodologies in the fields of nano-analytics and thin film processing. The RDI chain of the SIPT unit spans from fundamental science all the way up to industrial scale demonstrators. Particularly, the researcher will be integrated into the Advanced Instrumentation for Nano-Analytics (AINA) group ( ). The AINA group focuses on the development of scientific instruments based on charged particle beams and laser beams and correlative workflows taking advantage of these instruments. The group's R&D activity covers fundamental investigations, instrument development and application development. We are a multi-disciplinary team giving the group the complete spectrum of know-how that is required to convert innovative ideas and concepts into prototype instruments.RequirementsSpecific RequirementsIs Your profile described below?
