- The successful person will play a pivotal role within a closely knit team, offering genuine support and guidance while also mentoring mid-weight and junior team members.
- Sophisticated and practical understanding of managing projects from their inception to final installation, in collaboration with the project leader.

- This role would be for someone legally eligible to work in the UK.
- Hold a degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- Possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Suite.
- Knowledge of UK high-end residential interior design is highly desirable.
- Demonstrate a passion for FF&E, accompanied by extensive knowledge of suppliers, products, and finishes.
- Showcase a track record of successfully managing and delivering critical milestones across all project phases.
- Exhibit substantial experience in bespoke furniture design, with a portfolio to showcase this.
- Comprehend project schedules and deadlines, with financial acumen regarding project costs and management.
- Display a solid grasp of the procurement process, facilitating effective collaboration with their procurement team.
- Possess exceptional client management abilities.
- Demonstrate exceptional client management abilities.
- Have fluency in both spoken and written English.
- An inspiring studio space, with team lunches twice a week and a friendly atmosphere to work in.
- The studio works with a wide scope of projects, spanning architecture, interior design, place-making, experience-building, and brand-creation.
- The studio offers a 4-day working week, and this position is studio based 3 days per week.
