Reporting to the Commercial Manager and Partnering with Sales, duties include (but are not limited to):
- Develop the monthly rolling forecast based on the sales forecast to provide the Group with the latest sales outlook
- Provide reporting and analysis to support short-term and long-term planning
- Develop and maintain Customer P&L to understand the impact of Campari’s initiatives
- Assist in assessing trading terms and discount structure
- Analyze trade margin by customers and impact of customer mix on profitability
- Develop financial estimates of expected and actual returns from promotions
- Manage price modeling and price submission with CPI changes
- Analyze market share performance and key activities in the market
- Assist in development of reporting and evaluation tools for channel and pack strategy
- Develop an analytical framework to track competitor/product behavior and identify growth opportunities
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a commercial role, ideally working closely with Sales and Marketing/Supply chain
- Degree in Commerce/Accounting/CPA
- Experience in FMCG/Retail/Pharma essential
- Proven ability to work across functions, carry out data analysis, identify trends, and develop commercial options
- Advanced Excel skills required, SAP BI knowledge advantageous
