Their duties include stocking inventory, balancing the cash register and coordinating employee responsibilities to improve efficiency or customer service.You will be responsible for :
Driving the store's sales and service performance.
Ensuring a seamless in-store customer experience and overseeing the order fulfillment processes for customers in store.
Implementing corporate policies and initiatives at the store level.
Working closely with buying and visual merchandising teams to ensure that the store is stocked with the right inventory and adheres to brands' visual merchandising requirements.
Ensuring the implementation and development of CRM initiatives to develop a network of clientele for the store.
Designing business plans in line with Company's strategy and objectives.
Working with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out.
Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise performance wherever possible.
Ideal Profile
You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Store Manager role, ideally within the Hospitality industry.
