Site Supervisor x2 (Structure/Finishes)

• Bluechip builder of high spec apartments, aged care and commercial projects - typically in the $20m-$50 range
• Great team based approach to project delivery - site based PM's and Coordinators in additional to the supervisory team
• Genuine work life balance, dedicate health & wellbeing program; a genuinely supportive and enjoyable work environment - they don't turn over staff

• Two Site Supervisor roles - structure then finishes on projects in Melbourne's bayside ($50m high end apartment) and Melbournes western corridor (7 level apartments- mid level finishes)
• Long term projects that are programmed into the second half of 2024
• Urgent roles commencing in the next 4-6 weeks

• A stable career ground with good exposure of medium rise commercial/apartment construction methods from a structural perspective.
• Exposure to façade/externals and/or finishing trades - this company is seeking to develop their staff to work on projects from start to finish.
• Certificate III or IV in OHS, First Aid Certificate
• An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
• Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
• A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.

• A salary package in the $130k-$160k range, dependent upon experience
