Your role at a glimpse: Coordinate the development team to ensure the timely and within scope completion of projects Develop and record detailed project plans using Atlassian Jira or similar. Identify project risks and define mitigation strategies Create and maintain detailed project documentation Provide project metrics (team productivity, time to resolution etc) to the management team Develop resources and budget estimates for projects Communicate with customers to record project specs and determine project deliverables (through helpdesk portal, meetings and phone calls) Answer customer queries by advising the development team Ensure customer satisfaction with our provided IT Services Being the perfect match Bring along: 1-3 years of professional experience in a relevant role BSc / MSc in Business Administration or equivalent from a Greek or foreign University or Institution Interest in Information Technology Ability to organize multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical skills Competency in liaising with different parties and understanding their needs Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Fluency in Greek & English, both written and oral Nice to bring along: Academic / professional background in Computer Science or equivalent Experience in scrum or other agile software development methodology (e.g. Atlassian tools etc) Interest in the optimization of business processes through software tools About your Personality: Communicative Energetic Organized Problem-solver Motivated Team-player Benefits.
