- 10+ years of management experience (staff and budget responsibility) in service delivery within a global enterprise software solutions company. A background of working within Life & Pensions Insurance industry will be a big advantage.
- Familiar with Agile methodology.
- Proven experience of leading international clients and engagement teams through the delivery of complex software solutions.
- Proven experience of growing business with existing customers both hands-on and by leading a team of account managers.
- Excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to play a trusted advisor to C-level customer executives.
- Proven track record of successful solution delivery with demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects, juggling competing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Seasoned manager with the ability to hire, mentor, coach and develop a globally dispersed high performing Professional Services team.
- Experience of working within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
- Ability to be able to travel to meet with the client in Turku/Helsinki as and when required, and some occasional international travel may be required.
