ROLE SUMMARYField based, direct-access SME for brands that require enhanced patient care and HCP support skills not provided by sales-based FF. Interactions occur after a prescribing decision has been made. The interactions occur in-person and/or virtually.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESProvides direct access subject matter expertise for the dedicated therapeutic experts/KOL regarding “All I need to know about my medicine” for specialized medication-specific support (i.e. Treatment guideline, clinical trial, etc)Direct interaction with hospital and clinic HCPs regarding provision of Pfizer medication-specific education and support required by patients.Educates nurses on identification of disease/disorder, Pfizer medication-specific AEs that require immediate clinical intervention;Identify and support Pfizer affordability program in order to improve patient outcome and shorten hospitalized length of stayPerforms as an on-demand virtual consultant with specific expertise with Pfizer brands.Central point of contact and SME with HCPs/specialist working groups on medicines and treatment journey, access/out of pocket costs, treatment initiation process, ongoing management and adherence issues.Direct line of communication to HCPs regarding patient insights for optimal patient selection and treatment (future opportunities in product information/scientific activities and risks).Provide in-services to HCPs within hospitals and clinics for launch brands.Collaborate with cross functional teams to organize scientific symposium/ education programs to the dedicated therapeutic experts/KOL.Point of contact for potential questions of new indication/ combination (for the matured portfolio).Engages with HCPs both virtually and face-to-face depending on need.QUALIFICATIONSEducation:Graduated from Pharmacy/Medicine UniversityExperience/Knowledge/Skills:3-5 years working experience as a Health Representative/Marketing ExecutivePharmaceutical or related field management experienceSelf-motivated and possessing good follow-up abilitiesGood problem solving and analytical skillsGood communication and influent skillsGood command of English is advantagePfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.Mkt & Sales/Commercial Bus#LI-PFE
