Quality Control Specialist

• Perform quality control inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Review and analyze production processes to identify potential areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test data, and quality assurance activities for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures, protocols, and work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to evaluate adherence to quality management systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Investigate customer complaints or quality incidents, analyze root causes, and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control processes, standards, and best practices.
• Stay informed about industry standards, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in quality control to proactively address compliance issues and incorporate best practices.

• Proven 2-3 work experience as a Quality Control Specialist.
• Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality control.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
