Lead and provide support in the day-to-day operations of HR recruitment function.General responsibilities:
- Partner with business managers (Team Leaders/ Managers/ Directors) to acquire the best talents to meet business needs
- Engage hiring managers in understanding hiring needs and requirements
- Administer recruitment & selection process
- Propose improvements to the sourcing processes
- Actively source for candidates and be resourceful and creative with sourcing techniques
- Build a pipeline of candidates for frequently hired roles
- Conduct phone interviews, reference checks and other recruitment processes
- Work closely with candidate and internal stakeholders for new hire on-boarding
- Preparation of new hires’ on-boarding and materials
- On-boarding Orientation and training
- Develop and execute Employer Branding strategies
- Initiate and develop recruitment marketing strategies and execution
- Where necessary, engage in corporate event planning as well as liaising with marketing / event partners and drive the partnerships to deliver results
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Minimum Degree in any disciplines
- Min 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, especially in the area of talent acquisition
- Excellent administrative skills, organized and meticulous
- Resourceful, dynamic with good initiatives and proactiveness
- Good knowledge of the EA Act and regulations in relation to HR and employment and applying within day-to-day work.
