- Provide strategic direction to clients and the team.
- Analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering on key objectives.
- Manage client relationships through meetings, reports, and ongoing communication.
- Oversee work for two junior team members, providing training, coaching, and mentorship.
- Build and maintain strong media and KOL relationships to drive strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute compelling storytelling and media strategies.
- Secure consistent, high-impact media coverage and measure results.
- Navigate challenges and crises effectively, providing strategic problem-solving support.
- Write and edit press materials, including press releases, media alerts, and pitches.
- Contribute to brainstorms, ideation, and campaign development.
- Identify and recommend strategic events and partnerships to enhance brand presence.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies; attend events and network.
- Support new business development, contributing to proposals and pitches.
- Work in our Midtown NYC office three days a week (Monday-Wednesday).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 8+ years of PR experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven ability to lead projects from start to finish across multiple disciplines.
- Deep expertise in the luxury industry, with a strong earned media portfolio.
- Established relationships with media and influencers in travel, lifestyle, and luxury markets.
- 5+ years managing and mentoring junior team members.
- Strong track record in developing and executing PR campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong storytelling ability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Pinterest).
- A team player with a positive attitude, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset.
