Our products are more affordable and more sustainable than their dairy equivalents.About The PositionLocation: Athens, GreeceHybrid workWe are looking for a senior, all round Finance professional to join our Greece Finance team. In this position, you will be the business partner of Country Director of the business unit. You will manage Commercial Finance activities, whilst also supervising wider Finance teams in Greece in local tax, legal and statutory topics and leading communications with local authorities.Key Responsibilities

P&L ownership and mission delivery.
Driving sustainable profitable growth.
Providing analytics and insights to drive business performance, informed pricing investment and innovation decisions.
Driving robust cost and investment control / budget management over trade and marketing spent and embedding return on investment approach.
Steering monthly / quarterly forecasting cycle to produce robust forecasts with clear decisions and actions.
Developing long term financial plan aligned to strategic objectives and priorities.
Full involvement in the key strategic initiatives for the business.
In partnership with the Marketing Team, building robust financials for A&P spent that can drive growth.
Supervise wider Finance team in Greece in local tax, legal and statutory topics and lead communications with local authorities.
Lead commercial finance team and support the team's development.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

Several years of experience in finance, especially experience in Commercial Business Partnering with track record of success in delivering results.
University degree in Finance, Economy or related, CIMA or ACCA will be an asset.
A signatory rights.
In depth knowledge and skills in following finance areas: Commercial Finance and BP, Revenue Growth Management, FP&A, Greece accounting and tax.
Proven ability to work in a matrix organization and cross functional networks with multiple stakeholders.
High flexibility and ability to adapt fast in dynamic environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to build relations and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
Strategic approach, and strong analytical skills to assess risk and be financially savvy.
Proficient Excel, PowerPoint, SAP - must have. BPC - nice to have.
Fluent Greek and English.
