Job DescriptionAre you ready to take on your next challenge in the beautiful city of LISBON? We are looking for fluent GERMAN speakers who would like to work in an international environment. This position will be for our client - a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in thel city of LISBON, Portugal. If you like the sun and the sea then this coastal city has lots to offer you!As a Customer Advisor, you will represent a global warranty service provider and you will receive incoming queries from users via phone and email where you will answer their queries in a timely manner. This is a versatile inbound role where providing excellent customer care is important.We are looking for candidates who have:

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in GERMAN and English
Previous experience in a customer service role
Computer literate
Ability to multi-task
Eagerness to learn and develop

The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone and online tests, so no need to come to LISBON until you are successful!
