Set ambitious sales targets and develop effective strategies to achieve and exceed them, leveraging insights gained from client interactions and market analysis. Client Engagement . Develop and execute strategic plans for engaging with key clients including builders, contractors & architects. . Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and attend networking events. . Provide comprehensive product education and training to clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and applications of our tile products to drive sales and increase market share. Relationship Management . Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within the top 30 Builders and Developers in the region to position our company as their preferred supplier of tiles and related products. . Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Project Coordination . Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to coordinate project requirements and ensure seamless execution from order placement to delivery. Market Intelligence . Keep a track of all significant projects and customer in the market . Stay updated with marketplace wrt competition products, trends, pricing etc. so as to devise appropriate strategies to harness opportunities and mitigate challenges . Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities. . Monitor competitor activities within the construction and design industry.Negotiation & Contract Management . Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive advantage and customer satisfaction. Reporting & Forecasting . Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics, analysing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
