Resident Engineer / Ingeniero Residente - MadridAgfa Healthcare is currently looking for a Resident Engineer, based in Madrid, who will be in charge of dedicated on-site support for Clients/Contracts that require continuous support. As the first point-of-contact of Agfa on-site, the role must deliver consistent, professional and quality service.As Resident Engineer you are responsible for:· To fill the proper installation docs accordingly, to manage equipment in the most proper way (Service Now, reporting, acceptance test)· To identify and communicate risks analysis and problems· To cooperate with the R&D to solve problems and make a proper risk analysis· To collaborate with Agfa 2nd level support in order to solve complaints within the assigned siteWhat you bring to the table:· Education: Grado Medio o Superior en Administración de sistemas informáticos or Radiology Technician with interest in Healthcare IT domain.· At least 1 year of professional experience in managing complex customers or hospital workflow· Experience with Windows Server, Linux / Unix , SQL , Scripting, DNS server.· Solid communications skills (oral/written) to interact effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers· Customer focus attitude and problem-solving skills· Good knowledge of IT network and domain.· Knowledge of healthcare standards: HL7, DICOM, FHIR, Mirth is a plus· Good language skills in Spanish and English, both written and verballyLocation: Madrid metropolitan area, Spain
