About the Role:As a service technician, you will need the ability to function independently on a variety of residential/light commercial projects- troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment up to and including 30-ton units. All work performed to workmanship standards and company policy and adhering to all Safety standards and local codes.Pay Range: $24.00 - $32.00 an hour, depending on experience, credentials, technician ranking (level 1, 2, 3, or 4)Level 1 - $24.00 to $26.00/hourlyLevel 2 - $26.00 to $28.00/hourlyLevel 3 - $28.00 to $30.00/hourlyLevel 4 - $30.00 to $32.00/hourlyWork Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. regular hours per project demand with 30-minute lunch; Regular on-call emergency service rotationBenefits: 65% of health insurance paid, 100% company-paid life insurance,401k match, dental, vision, PTO, paid holiday, Uniform allowance, PPE provided, and boot accountRequired Qualifications:
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurable driving record
Ability to pass all pre-employment checks and tests
EPA Universal is required, and an OH Journeyman license is a plus
Prior HVAC diagnosing and troubleshooting experience with high mechanical aptitude
Excellent customer service and communication skills (written/verbal)
Willingness to commit to professional development classes, in-house training, and/or in-field training
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
