- Support and educate facility personnel on Federal Life Safety Codes, state regulations and survey preparedness as it relates to long term care.
- Develops accurate and detailed scopes of work for capital projects, renovations, etc.
- Conducts on-site audits/inspections and provide status reports.
- Coordinate/assist with project management at the facility level.
- Participate in capital project review meetings.
- Communicate with personnel at all levels within the organization as well as external.
- 100% travel is required to locations supported.
- Construction Background and/or Project Management experience required.
- Long term care maintenance or related healthcare experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Federal/State/Local codes related to long term care, LSC, NFPA, ADA, etc. is preferred.
- Experience working with Federal/State/Local Officials, Architects, Contractors, Facility Staff, etc. is preferred
- Ability to travel weekly to locations supported.
