- Maintaining strong working relationships with suppliers through effective communication and visits.
- Monitoring stock levels and supplier chain effectiveness.
- Placing orders for consumable items for production, such as foam, mirrors and PVC.
- Following the purchase order process and ensuring orders are received on time.
- Managing product returns on a daily basis.
- Keeping the ERP system updated with correct product information.
- Evaluating and monitoring current supplier performance relating to quality, delivery and pricing
- At least three years' experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and be confident speaking with suppliers
- Ability to make clear decisions on new product choices
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to multiple deadlines
