Creating a world where we all have more time with the people we love.That’s what makes us Roche.As a Credit and Collection Specialist you will coordinate continuous improvement projects in cooperation with cross-functional departments, according to predefined deadlines with full ownership of their tasks and in compliance with the Process Documentations of the respective business sub-process. You closely work together with the IT teams and the RSS Operations colleagues.The opportunity:Delivering process training, preparing learning paths, and supporting onboarding through equipment management and job shadowingPreparing statistics and reports as requested, contributing to cross-departmental initiatives, and coordinating with Support and Project teams for process change and improvementParticipating in knowledge transfers and user acceptance test sessions, maintaining process documentation, and handling system/process issues for peersDeveloping and implementing different analytics initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders, gathering and translating user needs into technical specificationsFacilitating seamless collaboration across teams and borders through proactive cooperation, helping colleagues, and fostering a supportive team environmentPromoting effective communication through active information sharing, adapting to flexible assignments, and engaging in workshops and meetingsUpholding integrity and adhering to company guidelines while performing diverse tasks to support Roche's evolving business needs.Who you are:University degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting related discipline3-5 years of years of experience in Credit and Collection Management role, Commercial/Financial backgroundExperienced in project management and understanding of Order to Cash processAdvanced SAP knowledge, with preference for S4 Hana experienceProficient in Excel, including macro writing skillsAnalytical, data-driven professional skilled in business partnering, negotiation, conflict resolution, autonomy, and innovation centric approachesProficiency in EnglishIn exchange we provide you with:Development opportunities: Roche is rich in learning resources.
