Being responsible for Optical project training for Enterprise customers and partners, and training satisfaction.
Supporting partner engineer service capability improvement, be responsible for partner engineer capability achieve the target.
Providing solution/product guide to customers and partners engineer, and support project deployment and issue solving.

Candidate Requirements

Strong knowledge of Transmission technologies including SDH, DWDM, and ASON.
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP Networking and network protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP, VLAN, routing protocol, and MPLS.
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree majoring in Telecom Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field of study.
Minimum eight years of work experience in Network/DWDM Implementation, Operation, and Network design.
Good communication in English and Thai.
Able to work under pressure, able to travel among country and upcountry.
Eager to learn new technologies.
Energetic personality, service mind, and ability to work independently.
HCIE or any other related certificate is preferred. Good experience with network training and presentation.
