Please join us for our 3rd school year hosting interns!This internship opportunity is for Forsyth County high school-level students enrolled in the CTAE Work Program for the 2024-2025 school year.The purpose of this position is to provide a unique educational experience for Forsyth County High School students.   • Learn the overall concept of the organization, including the brand, goals, and all other aspects of service.
  • Engage with customers/citizens and provide service when necessary and as appropriate.
  • Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
  • Learn and become proficient in systems if applicable.
Possible Project Responsibilities:Communications and Training:
  • Create marketing/outreach materials for social media
  • Prepare training materials for Poll Workers
Voter Registration, Absentee, Election Equipment and Warehouse:
  • Mail processing
  • Auditing
  • Scanning and Indexing
  • Assist with absentee ballot processing
  • Prepare and assemble materials for polling places
Advance Voting and Election Day
  • Serve as a Poll Worker in a polling place
