As an Ops Excellence Specialist in Genome, you’ll own the backend processes aimed at enhancing
learning experience for learners, globally. This role is both critical and strategic in enabling.

- Own end-to-end management of all learning content—including creation, change requests,
- archival, etc.—for skills on Genome on EdCast, special programs, and Adapt & Rise (our
- external-facing learning platform)
- Project manage staging requests received from Knowledge Managers (KMs) and Community
- Managers (CMs) aligned to respective skills; ensure all requests routed via workflows and
- otherwise, are processed FTR and within the agreed SLAs.
- Own administrative set up on Edcast across Immerse, Transform and Solidify stages in
- Genome—manage pre & post session activities, ensure task readiness, availability, set up etc.
- Ensure content requests are supplemented with required meta-data where required,
- appropriately recorded, and periodically reported.
- Focus on learner experience through rigorous, continuous Quality-check (QC) of content.

- Graduates and above
- Experience in Learning & Development function of an organization will be an added advantage.
- Strong Program Management (proactive follow-ups, ability to independently close out open
- tasks and meet deadlines)
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
- MS Office, good MS Excel skills are a must.
- Strong team player
- Tech savvy and problem-solving ability with keen eye for detail
