  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Office Management with strong bookkeeping focus.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA or CMA designation.
  • Industry-specific experience.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations or standards.

Bookkeeping and Finance:
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
  • Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Collaborate on annual budgets.
  • Monitor budget performance and provide analysis.
  • Prepare financial forecasts.
Payroll Management:
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Address payroll inquiries and compliance.
Financial Reporting:
  • Generate reports for stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial data for insights.
Audit and Compliance:
  • Coordinate with auditors and maintain internal controls.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance.
Software Proficiency:
  • Utilize accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Team Leadership:
  • Provide guidance and support to staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and training.
