An innovative and rapidly growing sportsbook and casino platform with multiple brands is looking for a Product Owner to join their team in Pasig City, Philippines.The right candidate for this role is eligible to live and work in the Philippines without a work permit and has extensive experience from working within igaming.The Product Manager reports directly to the CPO and has one direct report.Role & Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of the Company's product vision and objectives and translate them into a clear and actionable backend product strategy
Define clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines to guide the development process
Identify key opportunities for backend improvement to enhance product performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to create and

prioritize the backend roadmap * Serve as a subject matter expert on BO technologies, architecture, and bestpractices * Provide guidance and support to engineering teams throughout thedevelopment lifecycle, from initial design to deployment and maintenance. * Help resolve technical challenges and make trade-offs as needed to achieve project goals

Continuously evaluate and adjust the roadmap based on feedback, market trends, and business goals
Create strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including the tech dev team, UX, QA, operations, legal and third-party vendors
Facilitate communication and alignment between teams to ensure smooth execution of backend initiatives and timely delivery of high-quality products, such as game deployments and back-office-related initiatives
Monitor backend performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for

improvement * Drive initiatives to optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability over time

Lead & mentor one other person

Education, Skills & Experience

5+years in Product Management
Experience of working with backoffice product management
Several years within the igaming industry (in product management)
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Eligible to live and work in the Philippines without requiring work permit
Bachelor's Degree in IT / business / or other relevant education
Experience with Project Management
Strong collaborative skills
Highly analytical & able to create functional and easy-read reports
Able to work in a fully office-based role
Previous experience of acting Team Lead would be great (not requirement)

About this role:

Salary up to PHP 100 000 (monthly)
Full time role, office hours
Office-based role in Pasig City, Philippines
