- Assist the project director in the management of national initiatives, new development, and office transitions as assigned by the support team
- Assist in the planning and coordination of national and corporate Dungarvin events
- Schedule meetings and document meeting minutes
- Collect project data, organize and maintain project related files and documentation
- Assemble, disseminate and manage project related information
- Assist project director in managing assigned tasks, update the status of complete tasks
- Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor
- 3-5 years relevant work experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, required
- Experience using creative design, project management, training and survey development software applications, preferred
- Must be self-motivated and able to maintain productivity while working remotely
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information and ideas both verbally and in writing; good active listening skills
- Interpersonal Skills: ability to build positive relationships with team members and customers, understanding unique communication and work styles, preferences, and expectations, adapting as needed
- Adaptability: ability to adjust work methods to align with the work styles, preferences, and expectations of team members and customers
