Job descriptionOur Client is a highly regarded principal contractor. They are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor with at least 2 years’ experience in Rail. Other levels of experience, Senior Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Quantity Surveyor, will be considered. Candidate will be working on ongoing project in East Anglia, they will be expected to spend 60% of their time in head office for the first 6 months.Some of the main duties for this role include:
Supporting Bid Manager
Putting Tenders together
Providing Estimates
Pricing works
Requirements- Highly desirable proven background in Rail- Must have risk accreditation- Minimum 2 years’ experience in rail- Needs to have a confidant personality, ability to voice ideasDesirable experience:- Project management- Technical knowledge of projects
