Assist the VP and SAD on the following:- Acquisition of new clients and building long-term relationships based on constant engagement with the clients and a holistic understanding of their needs. Research, assessment and review process required for purposes of origination of deals and business development across all investment banking products (i.e. debt capital markets, equity capital markets, corporate finance advisory and treasury) and corporate banking products (including any other relevant products offered under Affin Banking Group's wholesale banking structure) Drafting and preparing proposals to potential and existing clients together with the respective product and division teams Prepare mandate letters and undertaking client onboarding process (including KYC, compliance checks and other client due diligence required) Provide support to VP and SAD in managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure buy-in and the expedient execution and completion of deals, where required Support VP and SAD on cross selling of banking, asset management and securities/ stockbroking products falling within the wholesale banking structure to maximise returns to the Bank.
