- Continue our established strong cooperative technical and commercial relationships with oil refinery customers
- Advise on the use, properties and modifications of our value-adding products and manage all customer technical requirements
- Visiting oil refineries to service their technical needs – especially in case of requests
- Train customers on latest development (products, technology)
- Provide on-site and remote support during customer trials in order to assist customers in achieving maximum benefit from Grace products.
- Support sales force in the technical aspects of the sale of new products.
- Close work with the Director of Technical Service as well as the Marketing and Development team in devising and implementing technical and commercial strategies
- When necessary, taking over additional tasks in related or other projects
- Fluency in Russian & English language
- Educational background within Chemical Engineering, or similar
- Minimum 5 years experience with refinery’s processes and their inter-relation, refinery economics, KBC’s FCC SIM simulation basic skills.
- The position involves extensive travel, in the area assigned (approx 50 %)
- FCC Unit operating experience
- Skilled in building customer relationships and incorporating customer needs into sales and product development planning
- A strong leader and motivator with high energy and drive
- Result oriented with the ability assess quickly
