DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Call Center Representative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicate with customers through various channels
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Provide solutions to customer issues
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Should be a graduate from a recognized institution
  • At least 1 year of related working experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to handle high-stress situations and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Should be able to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Good computer skills required
  • Must be able to work flexible hours
  • Any gender can apply
