- At least 1 year of related working experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to handle high-stress situations and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Should be able to multitask and manage time effectively
- Good computer skills required
- Must be able to work flexible hours
