- Primary financial resource to Factory team
- Perform monthly financial closing with support from our Shared Service Center (SSC) finance team and prepare the monthly performance reporting package
- Follow up on KPI performance and facilitate monthly Performance Reviews with the factory management team
- Conduct ongoing controlling and root cause analysis of the financials where needed to ensure quality in actuals. Perform/facilitate corrective actions, if necessary
- Prepare yearly budgets and monthly full-year forecasts for the factory and follow up on deviations to safeguard the forecast accuracy and stability
- Responsible for Performance Management in the factory supporting stakeholders setting ambitious/realistic targets and making the needed business decisions
- Responsible for keeping stakeholders accountable for meeting agreed targets
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration. A graduate or MBA is highly advantageous.
- Relevant knowledge and experience with Finance business partnering (cost accounting, factory controlling & execution, P&L analysis, budgeting, planning and auditing)
- Skilled user of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) required
- SAP, SAP BI experience is preferred
- Professional written and oral communication skills in English is required
- Ability to work and interact with culturally diverse and physically distant team
- Flexibility and motivation
- Solid communication and analytical skills
- Good collaboration skills and focused on getting the job done
- Ability to comply with tight deadlines and work in a dynamic environment while being responsible for multiple deliverables
- Good investigative skills and ability to make business cases
