  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries
  • Directs visitors as necessary by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions, and anticipating obstacles
  • Assists employees with mail/copy room equipment, processes, and challenges
  • Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
  • Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications
  • Demonstrates discretion and maintains information in a confidential manner
  • Ensures that front desk and mail/copy room equipment is operational by following manufacturer instructions reporting malfunctions and organizing repair activities
  • Accurately maintains record of inventory in the facility and monitors appropriate adjustments based on sales representatives needs
  • Reconciliation of invoices and sample requests to properly reflect inventory movement
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers by providing product education and assistance to customers
  • Follow state and federal requirements for sales of alcoholic beverages through the retail store
  • Generate invoices for the sale and delivery of products using the point-of-sale program and associated programs
  • Assist with accounts receivables and work with corporate accounting to research and correct discrepancies
  • Assist operations in the market when necessary, including merchandising or building/taking down displays
  • Consistently contributes to the administrative team in a friendly positive manner.
  • Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Monday through Friday 8am start time
Job Qualifications:
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle record and valid driver's license
  • Pre-employment 4-panel drug testing and background
  • Acquire company required insurance to operate personal vehicle for work
  • Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds when necessary
