Responsibilities and Management Objects1.1 Responsibilities: Directly receive instructions and supervision from thedepartment head. Within the specified authority, independently handle daily affairs. For important matters, seek approval from the department head before execution.1.2 Management Objects: Subordinate personnel of the Equipment Division.2. Skills, Qualifications, and Qualities Required2.1 Bachelor's degree or above in science or engineering.2.2 More than 2 years of practical work experience in relevant positions within the company.2.3 Possess certain planning and coordination abilities.3. Required Training and Guidance3.1 Training on ISO9000 and ISO14000 knowledge.3.2 Basic knowledge training in equipment management.3.3 Training on the company's daily equipment management methods.3.4 Training on enterprise management knowledge.4. Daily Business Projects4.1 Supervise the operation of the ISO14001 system, promptly identify nonconformities through daily inspections and internal and external audits, and correct and improve them through corrective and preventive measures.4.2 Plan the work schedule for equipment management, new installations, and renovation projects within the jurisdiction.4.3 Deeply understand the operation status of relevant equipment, timely identify problems and anomalies through analysis of various reports, notify relevant departments, propose corresponding improvement suggestions and plans, and supervise the implementation of equipment improvement measures.4.4 Maintain regular communication and information exchange with variousdepartments, cooperate with them to complete various tasks, and promptly report to the general manager, plant manager, and department head on the cooperation with relevant departments and collaborating units.4.5 Execute instructions issued by the general manager, plant manager, anddepartment head without compromise, and complete them as scheduled.4.6 Responsible for the formulation/modification and review of company-related equipment management documents, implement them, organize the establishment of company equipment and facilities equipment ledger, continuously improve them, manage and statistics the use of all equipment, and manage equipment identification. Responsible for fixed asset management.4.7 Plan and supervise technical training for equipment and maintenance personnel to enable them to perform their duties after training.4.8 Supervise the procurement and management of various resources (maintenance tools, office supplies, manpower) in the department to ensure they are in good condition4.9 Review relevant reports from subordinates and report to higher-leveldepartments based on the nature of the reports.4.10 Keep abreast of equipment and equipment development trends, continuously undergo relevant training and knowledge updates, and improve business capabilities.4.11 Assess and evaluate subordinate employees and make appointment and dismissal recommendations according to company regulations.4.12 Participate in company-related meetings and activities.4.13 Daily Work1) Ensure the normal operation of equipment, equipment management, andmaintenance work in the department.2) Understand the working conditions of various units in the department.3) Handle and respond to business correspondence from various departments in atimely manner.4.14 Weekly Work1) Attend the weekly supervisor coordination meeting.2) Weekly equipment status report.4.15 Monthly Work1) Attend monthly work meetings.2) Chair monthly equipment meetings.3) Conduct on-site inspection of equipment usage at least twice a month.4.16 Annual Work1) Participate in annual management reviews.2) Compile annual work summaries for the department.3) Formulate next year's work plan and departmental goals for the Engineering Department.5. Responsibilities1) Lead the department to establish correct values and promote professional ethics.2) Strictly implement company management policies.3) Be loyal to duties, abide by disciplines, be cautious, and strictly prohibit the disclosure of company secrets.6. Authority1) Have the authority to assess and evaluate subordinate employees and make appointment and dismissal recommendations according to company regulations.2) Temporarily deploy department personnel according to the needs of on-site work in the factory to ensure the normal operation of production lines.3) Have the authority to supervise and guide the operation of the company'senvironmental management system in various departments.7.
