- Actively seek out and engage prospects to sell our comprehensive digital marketing services.
- Understand clients' business objectives and tailor solutions that meet their needs, utilizing a consultative sales approach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations and ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to remain competitive in the market and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively position our services in the market.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing sales or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a digital agency or technology company.
- Certification in digital marketing or relevant areas (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in digital marketing sales, with a deep understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
