- First point of contact for all related queries of UK employees.
- Manages and supports the on-boarding process for new employees, responsible for HR related induction.
- Supports the entry and exit procedure, lay-offs and terminations in line with the local regulations.
- Supports HR administration including preparing employment contracts, contract modifications, termination documents and support HR system record maintenance.
- Coordinates the immigration procedure (work permits, residence permits, visas).
- Provides conclusive support to WUK Management, employees and contractors in hiring, payroll, labour administration, personal taxation and social security matters.
- Coordinates and supports overall payroll cycle by preparing and calculating payroll inputs, preparation of the salary transfers, answering all employee queries regarding salary related questions.
- Support Line Management with Employee Relations related activities, such as Disciplinaries and Grievances, ensuring a fair an just process is completed.
- Instructs and coordinates outsourced HR services.
- Prepares regular and ad hoc HR reports.
- Helps to prepare and implements UK employee related as well as group HR policies and programs (aligned to the local legal environment).
- Participates in group HR projects and initiatives.
- Responsible for efficient communication in HR related matters (changes, joiners, leavers, promotions) in the UK.
- Continuously provides feedback to the HR Business Partner for improving ongoing processes, policies, systems in line with the local regulations.
- Participation in recruitment projects for WUK, provide technical support to the Recruitment Manager.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Min 3-5 years in HR and/or payroll related positions in UK.
- Growth mindset and can-do attitude.
- An in-depth knowledge and understanding of UK Employment Law.
- Good oral and written presentations skills.
- Team work and strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluent spoken / written English.
- Right to live and work in United Kingdom.
- Flexibility to travel internationally as required.
