- Define and monitor appropriate HR analytics by implementing measures and templates to monitor and report on key HR data on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in the defined Group or statutory process and timeline. Ensure that all affiliates comply.
- Audit the payroll and all HRIS to ensure accuracy of data in both systems.
- Complete monthly, quarterly, annual, and other reporting as required
- Accurately forecast payroll and benefit costs in line with headcount, working closely with finance. Ensure 100% accuracy in our reporting tool (Adaptive/Workday).
- Manage & monitor costs against approved budget.
- Proactively manage possible overspend and savings/optimization.
- Partner with the HRMs to ensure workforce planning for the region is aligned to the business objectives
- Define & review Compensation & Benefit strategy on a regular basis ensuring that this is aligned to markets’ best practices, compliant with Group requirements and effectively addresses Compensation & Benefits needs
- Define & document relevant policies, processes & SOPs which support the effective deployment of the Compensation & Benefit strategy across all relevant markets. Policies should include governance, compliance and respect all legal requirements.
- Manage communication and training material on key compensation processes.
- Roll out all Compensation processes in collaboration and most specifically:
- Make sure we deliver an effective, accurate, on time end to end payroll service, ensuring accurate local statutory payments and taxation.
- Implement processes, checks & balances that ensure payroll is compliant and that there are adequate controls to prevent fraud or misappropriation of company funds.
- Sign off the payroll in line with policy, good governance, & all statutory requirements.
- Expat management: Ensure that the expatriate payroll is accurately managed by our payroll team, and all benefits are implemented and updated accurately
- Lead and implement all relevant projects related to Compensation & Benefits either coming from the Group (New budgeting process, Employee Compensation statement, long term incentive, Employee Share Programmes…)
- Build Manager capability on all Compensation processes (Merit review, bonus process, Workday tool for compensation processes, job grading and benchmarks…)
- Follow the legal regulations and requirements regarding payroll processes, keep organization abreast
- Ensure all legal documentaries are completed, updated & safe in employee’s personnel files
- Secure smooth exit process in terms of preparation of all legal & compensation related documents. Ensure all stakeholders are well informed regarding process
- Build and strengthen a culture of convivialité, well-being and inclusion in the team while growing and empowering direct reports
- Grow and sustain elevated levels of employee engagement
- Manage the Performance Management process effectively (SMART goals setting, mid-year reviews, regular and proactive performance feedback, differentiated year-end assessments)
- Grow the capability of the team by defining relevant development plan
- Graduates from relevant departments of universities
- Excellent level of MS Office knowledge
- 5-8 years’ experience in C&B roles
- Strong knowledge in Turkish Labor Law
- Strong analytical and attention to detail skills
- Have strong oral and written communication skills in English
