- Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices.

- The candidate must be able to word industrial, construction and corporate offices.

- Degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Proven work experience in customer relations and commercial sales.
- Experience managing a high-performance sales team.
- An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- Possesses a good knowledge of economics and how current market trends influence sales.
- Availability to travel as needed.
- Excellent mathematical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to be a team player.
- Be willing to work overtime when required.
- Honest and reliable.
