- Leading the development and management of our training provision, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with the team, external inputs and the wider network to design and deliver training.
- Identifying training needs within the testing community and developing learning solutions to address these needs.
- Engaging with key stakeholders in the testing industry to understand market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging training needs.
- Demonstrable experience or a very keen desire in delivering high-quality training materials and content within the automotive or related industry, with a strong understanding of testing procedures and regulations.
- Sound knowledge of testing practices and regulations, with a preference for candidates who have experience working as testers or in related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Comfortable delivering training on video so it can be added to the Material.
- Willingness to travel to HQ at Gatwick where videos are made. We think 2 days a week at office and 3 at home
