Be a CA or LLB and have experience working in Law or Consulting firms (Tier-2/3 firms) 2. Have strong communication skills 3. Good command over MS-Office (Word and PowerPoint) 4. Have in-depth knowledge of indirect tax law and be very strong in the interpretation of bare law/statutes - Being involved in drafting and finalization of legal replies / SCNs and appeals to be filed under the GST law and other Indirect tax legislations (Customs, Excise, Sales Tax, Service Tax) 5. Have strong interpersonal skills - The candidate must have handled representation proceedings before various Indirect tax/GST Dept. authorities. 6.
