Project Manager – Data AnalyticsFreelance – up to 240EUR per dayPortugal100% remoteTasks

Establish project governance and oversee the management of 1 to 3 concurrent projects.
Manage project delivery, including client and team coordination with teams of up to 7 members.
Ensure the application of project methodologies, particularly Agile/SCRUM, Agile Analytics, and Data-Driven Design.
Monitor, review, and report on project progress, identifying risks and issues proactively.
Support the team in resolving project issues and removing obstacles, escalating to the project’s board when necessary.
Engage with the project's board and represent the project during steering meetings.
Manage project scope, budget, and resources effectively.
Utilize tech stack tools such as Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SQL, SSRS), Azure Synapse Cloud, and PowerBI (nice to have).

RequirementsRequired Competences:

More than 5 years of overall experience with at least 1 year in IT project management.
Mastery of project management methodologies and tools.
Ability to identify business opportunities aligned with client needs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
Availability for travel (fly-in and fly-out) as required.

Preferred Competencies:

Experience in the banking sector is advantageous.
Excellent relationship-building skills with various stakeholders, including customers and management teams.
Academic background in the IT field is desirable.
Ability to foresee and mitigate project risks effectively.
