Description:Your mission will be to relieve and assist so they can focus on what they do best and what fills them with energy and joy! It's time to leverage AI to restore genuine human connections.We have already prepared playbooks, so you have a daily, weekly, and monthly checklist to work from, and a structured task and calendar system to work in.You will be working in the most luxurious villa on the front row of the Portuguese coast, where they have a pool and a chef - and mingle with our team of amazing people, who are creating an AI mentor app that will change the course of history.Responsibilities:

Personal Coordinator: Planning calendar, errands, meetings, and travel.
Daily Administrator: Ensuring things are organized and on track, from daily duties to work tasks, routines, and meal times.
Communication Master: Handling computers, calls, emails, and phones so we can immerse ourselves in our primary competencies.
Problem Solver: Tackling big and small tasks, seeking information and opportunities.
Health Supporter: Booking medical check-ups, sports, massage times, alternative treatments, etc.
Perspective Giver: Assessing and coming up with ideas on how we can improve things - and inspiring us to be the best version of ourselves.

Qualifications:

Willingness to work full-time in Estoril, Portugal (Accommodation option).
Organized and detail-oriented.
Fluent in Danish and English.
Flexible and willing to learn.
Desire to get to know us and understand us at a deeper level.
Experience in therapy and personal development is a plus.
Passionate about the mission of helping others.
