Job DescriptionJob Title: HSE ManagerJob DetailsFaithful+Gould are currently looking for an experienced HSE Manager to form part of our Project Management Consultant (PMC) project team based on a large mixed use Development in Riyadh. The main objective of the PMC is to implement and manage the overall Development Programme, which includes infrastructure enhancement works, as well as retail mall and hospitality new build and refurbishment elements. The team shall be expected to assist the client in any way possible to ensure the Development is completed to the required timescales and within their stated budgets. The project is expected to last for up to 3 years for Phase 1, with an option for Phase 2 lasting a further 2-3 years also.“N.B: We are currently pending award on several significant projects. Should we be awarded, this position is key role. Consequently we are keen to speak to individuals in the market place with the experience listed below for such potential future programmes of work”.RequirementsDegree qualified: Bachelor Degree or equivalent in a related field;15 (12 – G11) (8 – G10) years overall experience and preferably have experience similar to this project/role;A minimum of 5 years experience working in USA, Canada or Western European Countries;Previous experience working in Middle East, preferably Saudi ArabiaProfessional membership;Demonstrable track record in the delivery of large multi functional projects;In-depth knowledge of project controls procedures.A “rounded profile”, comfortable with planning, analysis and managing process and commercial considerations.
