Our client is currently seeking a talented Management Accountant / Finance Analyst to join their dynamic finance team.FP&A / Finance Analyst (60-70%) 1. Drive reporting processes to provide insights into financial performance. 2. Conduct thorough data analysis to support strategic decision-making. 3. Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders. 4. Lead month-end reporting activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness. 5. Collaborate with external partners to optimize financial operations. 6. Develop and manage advanced analytics to support business objectives. 7. Continuously improve reporting methods and enhance data visualisation. Management Accounting (30%) 1. Oversee financial activities for Tyres Limited, a subsidiary specializing in tire repair services. 2. Manage VAT returns and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 3. Prepare profit and loss statements and balance sheet reconciliations. 4. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.Excellent Management Accountant/Finance Analyst|Renowned brandThe ideal candidate for this role possesses:
  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification or qualified by experience.
  • Strong organisational and discipline skills, capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative approach, building strong relationships, influencing key stakeholders, and challenging constructively.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel for data analysis and synthesising key messages.
