Sales Co-ordinatorNottinghamHybridUp to £29500 (plus 15% bonus)My Client is looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to prepare commercial tenders from the receipt of enquiry through to final submission, including technical work-up of pricing. This is a fantastic opportunity for either a recent graduate or someone with knowledge of an engineering environment who is driven to join the internal sales team of a leading business with excellent career progression opportunities.Key Duties:
  • Develop relationships with the client base in procurement as necessary
  • Prepare sales quotations from enquiry receipt to submission and follow up
  • Liaise with Sales Managers regarding bid compilation.
  • Complete commercial conditions and other bid clarifications.
  • Submit bids through client media systems.
  • Support hand-over secured contracts to the execution team in line with company procedures.
  • Report all work concisely, accurately and regularly as required by company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records as required by company procedures.
  • Improve current tendering resources to improve accuracy, efficiencies and communication internally and to client.
Pay & Benefits:
  • Salary of up to £29,500 per annum depending on experience
