13,000 AEDJob Responsibilities:· Support corporate (the company events and concerts) as well as small group travel reservations.· Confirm reservations, distribute tickets along with confirmations to travellers.· Coordinate, supervise and implement every aspect of travel arrangements for staff, executives, athletes and production team.· Maintain queues to assure approvals as attained as well as deadlines are met.· Collect information from travel agents and hotels vendors etc.· Identify most suitable as well as best quality service with reasonable possible rates.· Perform with Travel Agency to verify travel details and arrange reservations using existing flight schedules as well as Internet resources.Qualifications:· Bachelor degree in business administration or related discipline.· Saudi national candidate.· Must have to be knowledgeable and aware of different travelling applications.· Must be aware of GDS platforms like Amadeus, Sabre, and Travelport.· Worked on CRM and Expense Management systems.· Must have a strong background in travel coordination and possess a valid IATA certification.· Previous experience in handling international and domestic travel arrangements, including ticketing, reservations, and itinerary planning, is highly desirable.
