Linear Recruitment are working with a National New Build Housing developer that are looking for a Customer Care Administrator to join the Team.This role is office based – in the Northeast.Purpose of the Role:The main purpose of the role is to provide excellent Customer Care Service, liaising with Customers, Contractors, Site, and management teams whilst maintaining effective working relationships. Take control and constantly improve the Customer Service experience for customers to support the companies ambitions. Understand and adhere to HSS policy and strategy.Key accountabilities:
  • To liaise with both Customers and Sub-Contractors to establish excellent after sales/maintenance response to all complaints and enquiries.
  • To be competent and professional in all dealings with Customers and external partners.
  • Ensure all reported repairs are monitored and that all relevant works are completed to the required standard, and conducted at agreed times.
  • Ensure all materials and labour required is available prior to starting works.
  • Contact Customers two weeks after legal completion to ensure customer is of satisfactory.
  • Plan and monitor the work of Customer Care Supervisor in advance to ensure continuation of remedial works.
  • Cooperate with site staff, prior to arranging meetings with customers for the Customer Care Managers.
  • Produce all relevant documents of Customer Care accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for updating Site software, COINS system, accurately, to ensure the customer database remains accurate.
  • Accumulate / maintain the 28-day Customer Care questionnaire.
  • Responsible for managing an effective filing system.
  • Report directly to the Customer Care Manager of the performance of sub-contractors.
  • Identify and report occurring problems encountered by the Customer care Manager to ensure an appropriate and effective outcome.

  • Be able to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Excellent level of numeracy and skilled in verbal and written comms.
  • Able to act decisively, use sound judgement and move the business with pace towards goals.
  • Excellent use in Microsoft.
