Ensure feasible plans are created timely to keep sufficient inventory levels and stock optimization across the chain and shared with relevant stakeholders
Manage all the documentation and registration process regarding purchase orders (eg: invoice discrepancy, delivery performance follow-up)
Align delivery schedules with vendors based on production plans and priorities.
Handle exceptions affecting the purchase plan, e.g. quality issues, breakdowns, delivery changes, allocations, red alertsSupply optimization:
Participate in meetings as Plant meetings, Vendor capacity reviews and contribute with input and recommendations in the SIOP cycle (Vendor related escalations, scenarios, strategic stock approvals)
Drive and participate in implementation and deployment of continuous improvements with regional/global impact.
Data collecting and data handling for performance reporting and analytics.
Align and optimize planning parameters, profiles, MRP set-ups, master data across plants for scope materials and vendors.Your background:
We imagine that you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or in a related field
- Relevant working experience in Planning or holding a Supply Chain related role with 3 years of experience is desirable.
- Experience with global processes, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Highly effective communicator in writing and speaking, suited for professional engagement with various stakeholders
- Partners well with colleagues and is adapt at maintaining organized systems and processes
- Proficient in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines promptly
- Proficient in computer applications, including Excel, Word, and Microsoft 365)
- Experience with MM and PP module in SAP / Experience with working within an SAP ERP environment preferred
