Coty is offering a 12-month internship to join the Sales department in Coty UK&I, supporting our Boots team as a Sales Assistant. Working across this major High-Street retailer this role will offer high levels of exposure both internally at Coty and externally with the customer and will be a fast-paced challenge for an individual to come in to.This is an ideal position for someone keen to gain experience to support business/marketing related studies and to help scope out building a career in beauty retail, working across some of the biggest brands in Mass Cosmetics of Rimmel, Max Factor and Sally Hansen.
- Monitoring and reporting of performance vs agreed KPIs between Coty and customer and how our brands are performing vs competitor set
- Maintaining monthly tracking record of sell out performance in key markets, driving share and reapply mindset
- Provide presentations, insight and tracking which enables the team to get more competitor understanding on what is happening and identify opportunities for Coty
- Coordinating the implementation of account promotional plans and ensuring all relevant administration and support is complete.
- Support implementation of strategic opportunities through cross functional internal and external stakeholder management.
- Support team with range review administrative tasks and analysis when required
- Review store implementation information on a regular basis and make suggestions to improve our look and feel, sales and/or customer experience.
- Complete regular audits of e-content on retailer web sites and work with local e-Commerce teams to update content where relevant.
- A passion for the beauty industry, keenly following the latest trends.
- Strong analytical skills with sound knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
