- Support the faculty's research culture strategy and related ED&I work
- Be a champion for positive cultural initiatives within the faculty and ensure coordination with university-wide strategies in research culture and equality, diversity & inclusion
- Identify, develop and disseminate case studies of best practice in positive workplace culture
- Build relationships with academic, research and professional service teams across the faculty and wider university
- Support the roll out and dissemination of relevant training and guidance
- Develop and promote community building activities for staff and students
- Lead on the organisation of a range of staff and student events to celebrate and promote open research activities and a positive workplace environment
- Develop mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and interventions within the faculty
- Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of key data for senior stakeholders within the faculty
- Support with ED&I statements and faculty submissions to external bodies
- Act as a confidential advisor and be a first point of contact
- To be familiar with King's policies and procedures in order to provide advice and guidance to those seeking support
- Liaise with relevant teams and stakeholders within the faculty and King's
- Participate in, and where appropriate support, relevant committees across the faculty and university
- Support internal and external communications where appropriate
