Client Background: Local companyIndustry : Software HouseLocation: Petaling JayaHeadcount: 1Position Title: Sales ManagerTenure: PermanentRemuneration: RM7,000- RM 12,000Job Description:· Lead and oversee a sales team, encompassing responsibilities such as providing· guidance, coaching and mentorship.· Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and address· skill development needs within the team.· Collaborate with the team to identify, evaluate, and establish new sales channels.· Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the overall business goals.· Monitor the performance of the team and team members against set targets and· KPIs.· Provide regular reports and updates to the leadership team on team performance.· Ensure that the team are adhere to contractual agreements and compliance· requirements.· Work with the finance and sales teams to develop sales forecasts and budgets.· Collaborate with the team to plan and execute sales initiatives effectively.· Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to· guide the team in adapting sales strategies accordinglyJob Requirements:· Minimum with bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.· Experience in the Software or IT industry is an added advantage.· Has 5 years' experience in Sales Management with strong customer service skills.· At least 2 years' experience in managerial position.· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.· Strong experience coordinating with external partners.· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Sub Specialization : Information Technology;Others
